SMS Terms 

1. Program Description: We offer SMS services for appointment reminders. 

2. Opt-In: By participating, you consent to receive SMS messages. 

3. Message Frequency: A reminder message may be sent the day before your scheduled appointment.  An additional message may be sent when the inspector is near your property.

4. Message Content: Messages may include reminder details. 

5. Opt-Out: Reply "STOP" to cancel.
